Sts Peter and Paul Primary School Garran

The children in Years One and Two at Sts Peter and Paul Primary School Garran ACT, participated in the School Gymnastics program for 10 weeks in Term Two 2010.

The students and teachers involved in this program were particularly impressed by the following aspects:

1. The Instructors
Cameron Gordon and Richard Moon demonstrated the following capabilities:
- They found it easy to communicate effectively with the students in Years One and Two.
- They developed positive relationships with each class and recognised the individual gymnastics ability of each student and responded and catered to their needs appropriately.
- Always encouraged positive student behaviour and had high expectations of each and every child.
- They were highly professional, dressed suitably and appropriately and displayed enthusiasm each week when delivering the program

It has been our pleasure to have Cameron and Richard come to our school and teach our students gymnastics. It is obvious they value the program highly and this was evident in the professional and friendly manner in which they conducted themselves whilst being at Sts Peter and Paul Primary School. Thank you, Cameron and Richard, for your enthusiasm, commitment ability and flexibility to run such a smooth and enjoyable program.

2. The Program
The School Gymnastics program was highly suitable for the students at our school. There was differentiation of skills for students and the documentation given to teachers to assist them in assessing was very useful.

3. Equipment
The equipment used in the program was structurally sound and new pieces were introduced to the students each week so that a variety of skills could be taught.

For any schools out there wanting to book an excellent gymnastics program for their school, we highly recommend School Gymnastics. In particular, we encourage schools in the ACT to request the instructors Richard and Cameron who were outstanding.

STS PETER AND PAUL GARRAN WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SCHOOL GYMNASTICS PROGRAM AND HAVE ALREADY RE-BOOKED IT FOR TERM 2 2011.
